• Violate others' intellectual property rights
• Abuse or overload our systems

4. Payments

Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

5. Your Content

You own the images you create using our service. We don't use your prompts or generated content to train our AI models.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to suspend service for maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is." We're not liable for any damages beyond what you've paid us. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
